Policy: Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that by submiting a reservation from with us you agree to the following:

  • Down payment of 50% of your stay will be required. That amount will be substracted from the total cost when final payment is made upon chek  in.
  • There is a one time Cleaning fee for apartments only of 50 eur.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you can cancel prior to 30 days before your arrival date then we will refund your full down payment to  the  credit  card  supplied while booking the accommodation. If you cancel within less than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will keep the down payment.
  • "Check in" time is after 14 hours. If you plan to arrive earlier please notify it and we will try to accommodate a room to keep your baggage until that time (however we can not assure it). "Check in" between 22 and 24 hours have an extra cost of 20 euro and after 24 hours the fee is of 40 eur.
  • We  require  presentation  of  valid  passport  to  prove  your  identity  and  shared  with  the  police  department.
  • BE AWARE: To check in you will have to text us or call us 20 minutes prior to arrival (if meeting time has not been scheduled with us prior to your arrival) letting us know that you are on the way. There is NO RECEPTION DESK in any of our properties. After your notification one of our staff will travel to the propertity to welcome you. If you do not do so, it could happen that you will have to wait at least one hour for one of our staff members to get there. Telephone number for is +34 667740600 (Whatsapp available). 
  • "Check out" time is 11 hours (AM,  please leve the keys inside of the room or apartment and just close the doors behind you). If you need to leave some luggage, notify it during check in and we will try to accommodate but we can NOT assure that option. If that were the case we always recommend the locker room in the main train station SANTS, with a very few cost.
  • Your reservation will be confirmed ONLY when the down payment has been made. 
  • NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, to do so you will to step out of the building. If we prove that you infringe (break) that rule, you will be punish with 200 eur fine and we will ask to leave our accommofations immediately. We will also inform to the local authorities.
  • No parties or noise after 23 hours will be acceptable. If we get a complain from any of our neightbours because of noise issues, we will cancel any previous agreement and you will be ask to leave the room or apartment. No money will be given back.
  • BarcelonaBB B&B reserves the right to allocate you in another room of the same or better carachteristics than the one you booked in case of overbooking respecting the price on agrement.
  • Once you are here you will pay the due balance. Payment is appreciated in advance once you have arrived. 
  • Payment methods: cash, credit cards are also accepted and Paypal (paypal has an extra charge of 4% from the total amount).
  • Barcelona City tax 2,50€ per person/per night for a maximum of 7 nights, IT IS NOT INCLUDED in this price. Anyone under the age of 17 is exempt.
  • No pets
  • Minimum stay of two consecutive nights
  • No children under 8 years of age.

online reservation services, we require certain personal data. This 

personal data, in compliance with European Guideline (Guideline 95/46/EG of  24th of October 1995) and the Privacy Legislation of Spain, will be 

processed automatically and retained in our files for the exclusive purpose 

of providing the services.

BarcelonaBB (Hire a Flat SL) informs you that your data is treated 

confidentially and that your personal data is exclusively used internally 

and for the earlier mentioned purposes. We do not handover or communicate your personal data to any third party unless you grant us permission or when legally required.
